Service Use Restrictions

Users are required to avoid:

"Intellectual Property Rights" include patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, moral rights, publicity rights, trademarks, trade dress, service marks, goodwill, trade secret rights, and other intellectual property rights that exist now or may come into existence later, along with all applications, registrations, renewals, and extensions thereof under the laws of any state, country, territory, or other jurisdiction.

If you are a client submitting Job Advertisements, you further agree that such content will not include any personally identifiable information.

User Disclaimers and Responsibilities

Medcare PathWay functions as a facilitator for User Content and does not take on the responsibility to verify its accuracy, legality, or completeness. As such, Medcare PathWay disclaims any liability for User Content. You understand that you may encounter content that is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, and it is your responsibility to verify the quality, truthfulness, and legality of such content. Your reliance on this content is at your own discretion and risk. Nonetheless, Medcare PathWay reserves the right, though not obligated, to review, remove, or suspend User Content and related User Accounts that violate this Agreement, any other agreement with Medcare PathWay, applicable laws or regulations, infringe on third-party rights, or could result in liability or harm to Medcare PathWay.

Interaction Risk and Disclaimer for Users

By using Medcare PathWay, You acknowledge and agree that Medcare PathWay does not take responsibility for verifying the identity or background of other Users. Authenticating other Users, including job applicants, employers, and recruitment professionals, is not within Medcare PathWay's purview. Therefore, it is Your responsibility to perform due diligence before interacting with other Users.

You voluntarily assume the risks associated with any interactions on this platform. In case of any issues or disputes, you agree to resolve them directly with the concerned User.

By accepting these terms, you release Medcare PathWay, its subsidiaries, employees, directors, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages of any nature whether actual, consequential, direct, or indirect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Rights to Disclose User Content and Information
